When you choose this plan, a REALTOR® from SELLSMART REALTY will meet with you to conduct a market analysis, provide curb appeal assessment, and help you establish a list price. The agent will also take room measurements and pictures of your home as required by the Real Estate Board.

With SELLSMART REALTY the cost is only $995. If no other agent is involved, then you would not pay any other fees thus saving you 2%, 3% or more. Chances are MLS will sell your property, which means a real estate agent found a buyer and they expect to be compensated. At the time you list your property, you decide what incentive or commission to offer the agent as a finder's fee.This fee covers coordinating showings, providing follow-up, writing and negotiating offers, and handling the closing.
